Relieve Leg and Knee Discomfort

This first video is one of the best self-care exercises you can do for the health of your thighs and knees. Much of the pain and discomfort we experience in our knees comes from problem areas in the thighs. So, keeping a good eye on your upper legs can help prevent and solve knee pain. Start slow and easy with this technique and if it doesn't have an effect within a week or so, it's time to consult your bodyworker!
